Freedom of the Town, Midland, Ontario, 18 Oct 2023

286 RCSCC Trillium and 724 RCACS Lion, were granted Freedom of the Town by the Town of Midland on 18 October, 2023
Freedom of the City is one of the highest honours that a municipality can grant to a military unit and is a tradition that dates back to 15th century England.
In Canada, this ceremony is symbolic and has often been granted to military units who have a rich local history or who have won battles overseas.
In the case of cadets, it congratulates the two units on continuing contribution to the community and providing young adults with knowledge and skills that will be used in the future.

RCSCC TRILLIUM parades on Tuesday nights (September - June) from 6:30 to 9:30 pm

We also take part in training on scheduled weekends throughout the training year

We are located on the second floor of the North Simcoe Sports & Recreation Centre, 527 Len Self Blvd, Midland, ON L4R 5N6
